Our clinic provides a range of aesthetic skin treatments, laser treatments for skin lesions and blemishes, and microsuction ear wax removal, delivered with a strong focus on safety, professionalism and patient wellbeing.
Med Plus is led by an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner and an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, bringing extensive clinical experience and a high standard of evidence-based care to every appointment. With in-house independent prescribing, we are able to provide appropriate clinical assessment, treatment and prescribing as part of a comprehensive, patient-focused service.

Ear Wax Removal
We use microsuction, a precise method of ear wax removal that can be performed under direct magnified vision. This allows our clinically trained practitioners to carefully assess the ear and remove wax with precision and control.
Microsuction is recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as an appropriate method of earwax removal when performed by a practitioner with the appropriate training and expertise, using suitable equipment.
Advanced Aesthetic Treatments
Our approach is clinically led and evidence-based, with every treatment carefully considered around your individual needs, goals and wellbeing. With in-house independent prescribing, we are able to provide a comprehensive, professional service from consultation through to treatment and aftercare.
Benign Lesion removal.
At Med Plus, we offer precision removal of suitable benign skin lesions and blemishes using advanced K-Laser blue 445nm laser technology.
Treatment is carried out following a clinical assessment, with local anaesthetic available to maximise patient comfort. The 445nm blue laser allows for highly targeted treatment, providing our clinicians with precision and control when treating appropriate lesions.
Every treatment is clinically led and personalised, with careful consideration of the lesion, your medical history and your individual needs before treatment is recommended.
Mole Checks
At Med Plus, patient safety is at the heart of every skin lesion treatment.
We work in partnership with Consultant Dermatologists to provide an additional level of specialist assessment for suitable moles and skin lesions. Using a dermatoscope, our clinicians can capture highly magnified images of the lesion and securely share them with our Consultant Dermatology partners for specialist review.
The Dermatologist can assess whether the lesion appears benign and suitable for removal, or identify any suspicious features that may require further assessment or referral for biopsy.
This service provides an additional layer of clinical reassurance before proceeding with treatment and ensures that any concerning features can be appropriately identified and referred.
Specialist Dermatology Review Fees
- 1 mole/lesion — £90
- 2 moles/lesions — £120
- 3 moles/lesions — £150
The Dermatology review fee is separate from any subsequent treatment or removal costs.
